This free series of five videos was recorded in November 2022 as part of an online workshop offered by the Clinical Translation Workgroup. The videos will introduce you to the Hierarchical Taxonomy of Psychopathology (HiTOP), a dimensional system for organizing psychopathology symptoms. Trainees who complete the workshop will learn how to assess and conceptualize symptoms though a HiTOP lens and integrate findings into treatment planning and monitoring. The workshop also reviews how to apply principles to work with diverse and underserved populations. Training includes hands-on interactive discussion of cases, a review of evidence and limits for the clinical utility of HiTOP relative to other systems, and practical considerations such as billing and reporting. Presenters are leading educators, clinicians, and researchers from the HiTOP Consortium.

Module 1: HiTOP Overview (Length: 50 mins)
