The research-ready version of the HiTOP-SR was unveiled by the Measures Development Workgroup on December 1, 2023, and can be downloaded below. In addition, you can view the presentation that introduces the measure and download the slides. We’ll later be adding Qualtrics- and REDCap-ready files so that the measures can be readily used in research studies.
If you are interested in joining the Measures Development Workgroup, please complete the opt-in survey and mark the projects you would like to get involved in. Leadership opportunities also exist.

We now also have Qualtrics templates for the HiTOP-SR measure, not yet including the harmful substance use module. This file has the items presented in random order. This file sorts the items by scale, if you wish to pick only certain scales to administer. We would still recommend randomizing the presentation of the items if you use the latter template.
